Meet Your Teachers

At Pranam Yoga Joseph, our teaching team feels more like a family. Some of us really are family Joseph and Joyal, father and son and the rest of us have grown together through years of sharing practice, learning, and life.

We each bring something unique to the space, but what unites us is a deep love for yoga and a sincere desire to share it with others. Most of us have been teaching for over a decade (some much longer), and we’ve come together from different paths and traditions. What we share with our students isn’t just knowledge it’s experience, care, and presence. Here, teaching is never just about delivering information. It’s about creating a space where students feel safe, seen, and inspired to grow whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or preparing to teach others. We keep our groups small so we can offer real support to each student. We believe in honest teaching, clear alignment, deep self-inquiry, and always, in staying connected to the roots of yoga.

We’re honoured to walk this path with you.
