Joseph Konnoth
Founder / Yoga Teacher - E-RYT 500
Yoga master and lead trainer Joseph Konnoth was born in Cochin, in the Indian state of Kerala, He graduated in the traditional Hatha style from the Cochin Institute of Yoga Asana in 1984. In 1988, he started working as a yoga teacher in his own center, a branch of Cochin Yoga Institute. He has been living in Varkala, Kerala, for several years now, where he successfully runs his school, Pranam Yoga Joseph. In 2012, he became a member of the Yoga Alliance®. Joseph's practice is based on the ancient Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Joyal George
Yoga Teacher - E-RYT 500
Joyal was involved in yogic practices from his early childhood with his father Joseph Konnoth. He grew up watching his father teach yoga and fell in love with teaching, he is fortunate to have learned yoga from his father who is also his guru. He is a dedicated yoga practitioner and a passionate teacher, Joyal went to corners of INDIA and grasped more knowledge and applications of Yoga which helped him reach the depths of yogic culture, Finally, after completing his studies Joyal decided to take Yoga as a full-time career and has been a full-time yoga Teacher since 2019.

Shajahan has been a teacher for over 16 years and is an experienced and passionate educator. His passion is to inspire and help his students find true inner peace and their healthiest selves through yogic techniques like meditation, pranayama,Mantra yoga sadhana, and yoga nidra. He strives to create effective teaching plans that support and benefit every student.
Dr Anish
Ayurveda/Anatomy
Dr Anish is an Ayurvedic physician who started learning Ayurvedacharya (BAMS- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) in 2006. He graduated from Kerala University in 2012. Since then learned the traditional and scientific knowledge from great teachers who were eminent in their fields. He is practising Ayurvedic medicine and sharing his knowledge of Ayurveda, anatomy, and physiology with students who are approaching him. He has experience in anatomy related to yogic practices and he is also sharing his knowledge of the physiological benefits of yoga on the human body.
Sunil
Philosophy
Sunil is graduated from D.B College Sasthamcotta, after graduating from D.B college, he joined the "Brahmavidya Acharya" course for seven-year in 1985 at the Sivagiri Mutt Varkala. His first yoga lesson was from a swami Samprasadanda, a monk from Sree Ramakrishna mission. Sunil’s yoga mentor inspired him to complete the Sivananda teacher training course at Neyyar Dam in 1995. During the same year, Sunil also completed the Sadhana Intensive course from the same ashram. In 1996 he completed his Advanced Teacher’s Training at Sivananda ashram.
