Course Structure​

This 28-day training is designed to give you a steady, organized, and immersive learning experience. Each day includes traditional Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa practice, alignment-based technique classes, breathwork, meditation, and foundational yoga theory. The course is intensive in a meaningful way. This balanced structure helps you progress safely, understand alignment, listen to your body, and build real confidence in your practice and teaching skills.

How you will learn

You’ll study in small groups, allowing teachers to offer individual corrections, personal guidance, and hands-on adjustments throughout the course. Each session is taught step by step, giving you space to understand postures, refine technique, and build the clarity you need to guide others confidently.

Certification

Upon completing the training, you are eligible to register as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. This certification is recognized globally and allows you to teach anywhere in the world.

Criteria for Eligibility

Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students who already have some experience with yoga and wish to deepen their practice with clarity and discipline. You don’t need to be advanced, but you should have a basic understanding of yoga and at least few months of regular practice

Daily asana practice forms the core of this training, focusing on traditional Hatha and mindful Hatha Vinyasa. You’ll develop strength, stability, and awareness through clear alignment, posture technique, and safe progression.

    • Standing, seated & supine poses
    • Forward bends & backbends
    • Balancing poses & inversions
    • Variations for different levels
    • How to read bodies & correct misalignments

Learn the foundations of breath control and how pranayama supports focus, energy balance, and a steady mind. Techniques are introduced progressively and practiced with clarity.

  • Physical effects of asanas
  • Applied anatomy in posture practice
  • Biomechanics for safe movement

Learn traditional meditation techniques that help develop inner steadiness, clarity, and awareness. Practice is introduced gradually to support your personal growth.

  • Trataka (candle gazing)
  • Chakra-focused meditation
  • Guided visualization
  • Silent sitting

Our 200 Hour TTC focuses only on traditional Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa. You learn clear alignment, mindful movement, breath awareness, and sequencing based on these foundations.

We accept a maximum of 10 students. This ensures you receive personal guidance, individual corrections, and hands-on support across all sessions.

You don’t need to be advanced, but some regular practice is helpful. The course is designed for students who want to deepen their practice and learn to teach with clarity.

Yes. After completing the course, you can register as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance and teach internationally.

Your day includes asana practice, alignment and technique sessions, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and teaching methodology. The schedule is structured, steady, and immersive, with time for rest and integration.

Yes. You’ll learn sequencing, teaching methodology, adjustments, verbal cues, class structure, and practice teaching in small groups. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident guiding students safely.
