Our drop-in classes follow a traditional Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa approach with clear instruction, alignment-based teaching, and personal guidance. Each session supports deeper awareness, strength, and steady progress

What to Expect in Class

We begin with warm-ups to prepare the joints and muscles, followed by classical Surya Namaskar or hatha Vinyasa flow to activate pranic energy and awaken the body.

You will be guided through a structured sequence of Tradational Hatha or Hatha Vinyasa postures. Variations are offered for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.
Each day has a clear focus hips, backbending, forward folds, strength, balance, twists, or full-body flow so your practice develops in a balanced way.

Before winding down, the class shifts into a workshop-style segment. This time is for personal exploration:

  • Splits
  • Backbends
  • Pincha Mayurasana
  • Balance training
  • Alignment corrections

Teachers are available to help refine your technique and support safe progress.

We close the active practice with simple pranayama techniques that steady the breath, calm the mind, and prepare the body for final relaxation.

The class ends with Savasana, allowing your body and mind to release effort and integrate the benefits of the entire session.
