Accommodation
Our accommodation is simple, comfortable, and arranged to support focused study within our yoga training facility. Each room includes a private bathroom with hot water, clean bedding, towels, and basic amenities. All rooms are well-ventilated and equipped with a fan, with AC available depending on the option you choose.
WiFi is provided, and regular cleaning is available to keep your space tidy throughout the course. Located close to the yoga shala, the rooms offer a quiet and convenient environment for rest and practice. This dedicated practice environment allows students to move easily between study, practice, and personal time, supporting a balanced and immersive learning experience.

Food & meals
All meals are prepared in-house with care, using traditional Indian and Kerala vegetarian recipes. We serve three meals a day, including a light lunch to support comfortable practice. The food is made with fresh local vegetables, legumes, seasonal fruits, and homemade spices, creating a wholesome yogic diet that is simple, nourishing, and easy to digest. Our vegetarian meals for yoga students are thoughtfully prepared to support daily practice and overall well-being.
