Our course offers structured sessions of Asana practice twice a day, to focus on alignment, strength, flexibility.
Our classes will introduce to you the fundamentals of alignment and simple adjustments to practice safely and understand body mechanics.
We will provide classes dedicated to teaching skills during guided practices and give you feedback to develop your own teaching style
You will practice breathing techniques daily and learn mantras to enhance mental clarity and inner awareness.
These sessions are a great way to learn and practice relaxation techniques and meditation methods, to cultivate inner presence.
Our philosophy teacher will introduce the 8 limbs of yoga and other fundamentals of yoga philosophy to inspire deeper understanding
